What: Mangorolla CIC is a leading online school science engagement activity. We have a passion for reaching the schools missed by others. Our projects deepen students’ personal connection to STEM subjects, and improve their science capital.
The Activity Co-ordinator will help run activities including 'I’m a Scientist, Get me out of here' and 'I’m an Engineer' and related projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include moderating students’ engagement in our online activities, coordinating and managing other moderators, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the I’m a Scientist activities, and supporting the rest of the team and scientists, students, and teachers. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly to be a core part of the project delivery team.

Who: NASA Science Journalism, Multimedia & Social Media Internships
What: NASA invites students working towards degrees in journalism, communications, media relations, science writing, convergence journalism, or broadcast journalism to participate in our science storytelling program. You'll gain on-the-job experience as you work with a leading team of writers and multimedia producers to create and share content from NASA's most exciting science missions: mind-bending results from the Hubble Space Telescope; new views of our surprisingly dynamic moon from the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter; stories of our changing planet from NASA's remote sensing satellites, and breaking news from the surface of the Sun. Our internships are designed to give students broad exposure to many moving parts of our busy newsroom. Students wishing to explore the intersection between science writing, broadcast journalism and social media are encouraged to apply.

We should talk… As our social media officer, you’ll maintain Possible’s social media presence across a range of platforms, communicating with existing supporters and engaging new people across key audiences.
Where: Remote or based at our physical office in Camden, north London. We offer hybrid working. You must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately we’re not able to support work visa applications. (NB. Working remotely requires you to attend the London office 1-2 days a month at own expense).
When: 9am on 1st August.
How much: £26,848pa - £28,172pa pro rata, depending on experience

What: Do you have a way with words which makes people want to take action? Are you a whizz at building websites? Do you stay at the cutting edge of digital campaigning? We should talk… As our digital communications officer, you’ll take an editorial role in ensuring our website is accessible and regularly updated with relevant and engaging content. You’ll lead on scheduling the send out of newsletter, advocacy, and fundraising emails to our mailing list and ensure they’re as engaging as they can be. And you’ll use our software to create digital tools allowing our supporters to take meaningful action.
